Principal's Corner

Principal's Note

I’d like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as the new principal of SS Peter
& Paul Catholic School. I’m Scott Vargo, a 36 year veteran in the educational arena both as a teacher & as an administrator. I have taught on both the High School and Middle School levels and have worked with elementary students in various projects so I feel that I can add another dimension to the wonderful culture of our school.
Historically, SS Peter & Paul School has developed students with strong moral fiber and who have excelled not only in academics, but as productive citizens. It is my goal, as the school’s educational leader, not only to continue this trend but also to develop students who have the skills necessary for success in the 21st Century.
SS Peter & Paul School is blessed to have competent caring teachers, interested students, and willing generous volunteers all who are actively involved in the success of the school. I have already had the privilege of meeting with almost the entire staff and personnel and their tireless work, motivation and desire to move our school forward is truly phenomenal. The outstanding accomplishments are not
only because of the obvious dedication of all these factions but also because of the prayers and support of those of you in the parish. I truly believe that the success of our school is contingent on this team work approach and I am cognizant that it will take the efforts of all of us to continue having a viable school. I know I echo the sentiments of the staff in thanking the parish for all you have done in the past and hope that you will consider volunteering and keeping us in your prayers as we begin a new school year.
My door is always open for comments, suggestions, and donations too! I am excited and looking forward to being a cog in the wonderful wheel of our school family.
Good wishes and God Bless!
Scott Vargo
